Churches, Cafes and Airports

Over the long weekend, I visited a cafe that was exactly the type of establishment that inspired me to start this blog, (and it’s sister site: www.ontariocafes.ca). Pressed Cafe in Ottawa isn’t only a cafe though, it serves light fare, is licensed and hosts small music and cultural events. The space is creative without being pretentious and is airy, open and inviting.

We decided on cappuccinos and a brownie and washed it down with complimentary lemon water.

Pressed would definitely be my favourite neighbourhood hangout if it was anywhere near my neighbourhood.
